Returns & Exchanges
The Vintage Lady really wants you to love your purchases, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Please email us if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it.




Transactions
The services of PayPal are used to process transactions on this site. You may pay through any major credit card and you do not need a PayPal account. Resident of WV will be charged the 6% sales tax. Your sensitive credit card information is not stored on our server. If you like, you may also contact us by phone to make payment.

All information submitted to us via The Vintage Lady website is kept confidential. None of this information is ever sold or shared with anyone else.




Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International customers – please email us with your destination and we will provie you with the shipping cost to your location.




Order Processing
We will try very hard to ship your item within three days of receiving the order. We will notify you by e-mail that your purchase is on its way.
